Rectorseal 74025 – C-Flux Soldering Flux – 12 oz
Nokorode C-Flux is a lead free, soft soldering paste-type flux. It contains a blend of flux and powdered solder (95 5 tin antimony). It cleans, fluxes, and pretins the joint area all at one time. When heated, it reduces the surface tension in the joint and allows the solder to flow easily and uniformly into the joint. C-Flux works to deliver a strong, leak free joint.
Nokorode C-Flux can be used with 95 5 and 50 50 wire solders on all solderable metals including copper, tin, zinc, nickel, and sheet lead. Do not use on stainless steel, aluminum or for silver soldering

- Remove all dirt from surfaces to be soldered.
- Do not breathe vapor during soldering operations.
- Apply a small amount of flux evenly to both joining surfaces. Heat and apply solid wire solder in normal manner.
- When joint has cooled, wipe outside and flush inside surfaces thoroughly with water.
- Flux paste may liquefy if stored under very hot conditions (usually greater than 125 degrees F). Before using, cool slightly until flux re-solidifies.
